PRICES To make a reservation. Simply call us to check availability or send us an e-mail by clicking on 'Enquiries'. If we have the dates you require we ask you to reserve the accommodation with a non-refundable deposit by credit card. We will then forward you a confirmation by e-mail with all the details relevant to your booking. Your property will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure. In certain circumstance we can arrange earlier occupancy but this is by prior agreement only. For stays of one week or longer, the balance of your rental is payable four weeks prior to the date of your arrival. For stays of less than one week, the balance of your rental is payable on arrival. • All rates are euros and are inclusive of VAT • Rates based on minimum 2 night stay based on two sharing. • One night stays are subject to availability with supplement payable. • Rates may change during public holidays, school holidays and certain prime dates • SPECIAL OFFER '3rd night free' not applicable during public holidays, school holidays and certain prime dates. * July 22nd to August 12th subject to premium period supplement of €100/wk Following are included in rates: - Cottage rental on days as agreed - All electricity, hot water and central heating - Linen and towels - Weekly change of linen / towels Cancellation Policy & Charges In all of our properties we adopt the same cancellation policy. We use our own discretion when applying this policy so these rules are not cast in stone but we feel it is important to make guests aware of their liabilities ion the event of having to cancel a pre-booked stay. When making a booking we require a deposit to be paid by credit card or cheque. No booking is accepted without a deposit. As a small business we are particularly vulnerable to guests who cancel close to the day of their arrival and so we advise all guests to avail of travel insurance which includes cancellation cover. If a guest cancels more than four weeks in advance of their arrival date we reserve the right to retain the booking deposit. If a guest cancels less than for weeks in advance of their arrival we reserve the right to charge the full price of the booking. In this event where we have enough time to replace the booking with an alternative, 100% of any revenue earned will be used to offset any cancellation charges. In practice this means that usually, but not always, our guests do not incur cancellation charges. Security Deposit Upon arrival a security deposit of 200 EUR is required. This can be in the form of a credit card imprint, cash or cheque. This deposit is returned to you by post after our housekeeper has inspected the property. |
