Angling:
For the keen angler there is a choice of sea fishing
(from boat or shore), game fishing for salmon or
freshwater lake fishing.
Sea Angling:
There are a few boat operators that offer angling trips

Game Fishing:
The River Ilen is just 400m from our front gate and is a
decent salmon river in spate. For licences and advice

Lake Fishing:
Shepperton Lakes, about 3 miles from Skibbereen in the
Cork direction offer brown trout, chubb and roach.
Again, Tony at Fallons will sort out your licences and
you can hire a boat from the water keeper at the lakes (
his house is signposted from the lake).
